About me
I work with people of all ages who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and stress-induced tension. I utilize a variety of techniques that use the mind to heal the body, and the body to heal the mind. These methods work to bring about change in negative patterns of behavior to help my clients create the lives they want to live.
Some of my methods include Re-patterning Movements and a clinical level of meditation that helps heal trauma in the mind and body. The combination of techniques allow for an increased sense of peacefulness and greater self-awareness. My clients have reported that these techniques lead them to an overall improvement in the quality of their relationships and decision-making skills.
